5000 IU IVF-C კომბინირებული 500 IU მენოტროპინთან, ყოველ დღე 90-120 დღის განმავლობაში.
3. ჰიპომენორეა (გახანგრძლივებული ფოლიკულური ფაზა)
1000 IU IVF-C ინიშნება ყოველდღე, მენსტრუაციამდე 1 კვირით ადრე.
4. ჰიპერმენორეა ან მეტროპათია ჰემორაგიკა

გვერდითი მოვლენები
1) შოკი: იშვიათ შემთხვევებში მოსალოდნელია შოკის განვითარება, რის გამოც პაციენტი უნდა იმყოფებოდეს ექიმის დაკვირვების ქვეშ. სახის წამოწითლების, გულძმარვის, დისპეფსიის და სხვა მოვლენის გაჩენის შემთხვევაში, პრეპარატის მიღება უნდა შეწყდეს და დაიწყოს შესაბამისი მკურნალობა.
2) ჰიპერმგრძნობელობა: სიწითლის და მსგავსი მოვლენების გაჩენის შემთხვევაში, მკურნალობა უნდა შეწყდეს.
3) ფსიქონერვული სისტემა: თავბრუსხვევა, აგზნებადობა, უძილობა, დეპრესია, დაღლილობა და ა.შ.
4) გულ-სისხლძარღვთა სისტემა: იშვიათ შემთხვევებში შესაძლებელია გამოვლინდეს თრომბოზი ან ცერებრალური თრომბოზი.
5) პრეპარატის ხანგრძლივი და უწყვეტი მიღება: კაცებში შესაძლებელია გამოვლინდეს ჰიპერსექსუალურობა, გახანგრძლივებული ერექცია, აკნე და გინეკომასტია, ხოლო ქალებში - ვირილიზაციის ნიშნები, როგორიც არის პოლიტრიხია, კლიტორიზმი,  აკნე.
6) სხვა: იმ შემთხვევაში თუ პრეპუბერტულ პერიოდში გამოვლინდება ნაადრევი სქესობრივი მომწიფების ნიშნები, ასეთ შემთხვევაში მკურნალობა უნდა შეწყდეს.

განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
1. IVF-C არ გამოიყენება შემდეგ პაციენტებში:
1) პაციენტები, რომელთაც აქვთ პროსტატის კარცინომა ან სხვა ანდროგენდამოკიდებული სიმსივნე, ან ეჭვობენ აღნიშნული დაავადების არსებობაზე.
2) პაციენტები, რომელთაც გონადოტროპინის ინექციისას გამოუვლინდათ ალერგიული რეაქცია.
3) ნაადრევი სქესობრივი მომწიფება
2. IVF-C სიფრთხილით გამოიყენება შემდეგ პაციენტებში:
1) პროსტატომეგალიის მქონე პაციენტები
2) ეპილეფსიის, შაკიკის, ასთმის, გულის და თირკმლის დაავადებების მქონე პაციენტები (ანდროგენების გაზრდილი წარმოქმნის შედეგად შეიძლება განვითარდეს სითხის შეკავება, შეშუპება და ა.შ.)

ურთიერთქმედება სხვა სამკურნალო საშუალებებთან
იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ ქალის უშვილობის მკურნალობის მიზნით დანიშნული აქგ გამოიყენება ფოლიკულის მასტიმულირებელი ჰორმონის მიღების შემდეგ ან კომბინაციაში მასთან ერთად შესაძლებელია განვითარდეს საკვერცხის ჰიპერსტიმულაციის სიმპტომები, როგორიცაა მეიგსის სინდრომი, რომელსაც თან ახლავს საკვერცხის შეშუპება, შეშუპებული საკვერცხის გასკდომა, ასციტი, პლევრაში სითხის დაგროვება. ასევე ჰემოკონცენტრაციის და სისხლის გაზრდილი კოაგულაციის შედეგად შესაძლებელია განვითარდეს თრომბოზი და ცერებრალური ინფარქტი.

სიფრთხილის წესები
1) ტკივილი ინტრამუსკულარული ინექციის ადგილას.
2) იმის გამო, რომ ეთანოლმა შესაძლებელია გამოიწვიოს პრეპარატის გამოლექვა, შპრიცი გამოიყენება მხოლოდ მცირე რაოდენობის გამხსნელით დეზინფექციის შემდეგ, რომელიც თან ახლავს შეფუთვას.
3) მომზადებული ხსნარი გამოიყენება დაუყოვნებლივ.
ზოგადი სიფრთხილე:
იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ ქალის უშვილობის მკურნალობის მიზნით დანიშნული აქგ გამოიყენება ფოლიკულომასტიმულირებელი ჰორმონის მიღების შემდეგ ან კომბინაციაში მასთან ერთად, ასეთ შემთხვევაში შესაძლებელია განვითარდეს საკვერცხის ჰიპერსტიმულაციის სიმპტომები, როგორიც არის მეიგსის სინდრომი, რომელსაც თან ახლავს საკვერცხის შეშუპება, შეშუპებული საკვერცხის გასკდომა, ასციტი, პლევრაში სითხის დაგროვება.
ასევე სიფრთხილე არის საჭირო შემდეგ შემთხვევებში:
1) იმის გამო რომ გაზრდილია მრავალნაყოფიანი ორსულობის რისკი, პაციენტი წინასწარ უნდა იყოს ინფორმირებული ამის შესახებ.
2) თუ პაციენტს აქვს სუბიექტური სინდრომები, როგორიც არის მუცლის ტკივილი, დისკომფორტი მუცელში, ღებინება, წელის ტკივილი და ა.შ., ასეთ შემთხვევაში საჭიროა პაციენტი იმყოფებოდეს ექიმის მეთვალყურეობის ქვეშ.
3) საკვერცხის შეშუპების გამოვლენის მიზნით საჭიროა გამოკვლევის ჩატარება.
