შემადგენლობა
სოლკოდერმის 1 მლ ხსნარი შეიცავს:
აზოტმჟავა 70% - 580.7მგ
ძმრის მჟავა 99% - 41.1მგ
მჟაუნმჟავა დიჰიდრატი - 57.4მგ

გამოშვების ფორმა
0.2მლ ხსნარი უფერო მინის ამპულაში ნაჭდევით გახსნისათვის. 
1 ამპულა კომპლექტში 1 პლასტიკის აპლიკატორით და 2 მინის კაპილარით მოთავსებულია სპეციალურ კონტურულ სამაგრზე.
ან 5 ამპულა კომპლექტში 5 პლასტიკის აპლიკატორით და 10 მინის კაპილარით მოთავსებულია გამჭვირვალე პლასტიკის გახსნილი ამპულის მოსათავსებელი ბუდის მქონე კონტურულ სამაგრზე. 
კონტურული სამაგრი გამოყენების ინსტრუქციასთან ერთად ჩადებულია მუყაოს კოლოფში.

ფარმაკოლოგიური თვისებები
სოლკოდერმი არის ხსნარი, რომელიც შეიცავს კონცენტრირებულ მჟავებს და განკუთვნილია გარეგანი ხმარებისათვის კანის ზედაპირული კეთილთვისებიანი დაზიანებების სამკურნალოდ.
კანის დაავადებულ უბნებზე ადგილობრივი გამოყენებისას სოლკოდერმი იწვევს იმ პათოლოგიურად შეცვლილი ქსოვილების ფიქსაციას და მუმიფიცირებას, რომლებზეც იგი წაესვა.
პრეპარატის მოქმედება გამოვლინდება კანის გაფერმკრთალებაში მკრთალი ნაცრისფერი ან ყვითელი ელფერის გაჩენით. პრეპარატის ზემოქმედებით დევიტალიზირებული ქსოვილი განიცდის გაუწყლოვნებას და მუმიფიცირების გამო თანდათან იღებს მუქ ყავისფერს. წარმოქმნილი სტრუპი (ქერქი) თავისთავად სცილდება რამდენიმე დღეში ან კვირაში.

ფარმაკოკინეტიკა
სოლკოდერმის კომპონენტების აზოტის მჟავის, სპილენძის ნიტრატის და ორგანული მჟავების (ძმრის, რძის და მჟაუნის) კომპლექსური ზემოქმედება კანის დაზიანებულ ნაწილზე განსაზღვრავს კანის პათოლოგიურად შეცვლილი უბნების სწრაფ დევიტალიზაციას და მუმიფიკაციას. სოლკოდერმით მკურნალობის პროცესში არ შეიმჩნევა კანიდან აქტიური ნივთიერების რაიმე მნიშვნელოვანი აბსორბცია. თუ მივიღებთ მხედველობაში, რომ ვიყენებთ მედიკამენტს მინიმალური თერაპიული დოზით არ არსებობს საშიშროება ორგანიზმზე სისტემური ზემოქმედების შესაძლებლობისა.

ჩვენებები
სოლკოდერმი მოწოდებულია მხოლოდ გარეგანი ხმარებისათვის და გამოიყენება კანის კეთილთვისებიანი შემდეგი დაავადებების დროს:
• Verruca vulgaris (ჩვეულებრივი მეჭეჭი)
• Verruca plantaris (ტერფ-ძირის მეჭეჭი)
• Condylomata acuminata (მახვილწვერიანი კონდილომა)
• Naevus naevo-cellularis (ავთვისებიანობაზე შემოწმებული ნევოუჯრედოვანი ნევუსი)

მიღების წესები და დოზები
სოლკოდერმი მოწოდებულია მხოლოდ გარეგანი ხმარებისათვის. პროცედურა უნდა ჩატარდეს ექიმის მიერ ან სამედიცინო პერსონალის მიერ მხოლოდ ექიმის კონტროლით.
პროცედურის წინ დაავადებული უბანი მუშავდება ეთილის სპირტით ან ეთერით.
სოლკოდერმი ესმევა უშუალოდ დაავადებულ უბანს. წასმისათვის გამოიყენებაშეფუთვის კოლოფში არსებული პლასტიკის აპლიკატორი, რომელსაც აქვს მახვილი და ბლაგვი ბოლოები. მახვილი ბოლო გამოიყენება მცირე ხომის უბნებზე წასასმელად, ხოლო ბლაგვი კი დიდი უბნების დასამუშავებლად.
ალტერნატიული მეთოდის სახით ხსნარის წასასმელად გამოიყენება მინის კაპილარი, რომელიც თან ახლავს მედიკამენტს. მისი გამოყენებით შეიძლება დამუშავდეს 2-3 კვ. სმ. ზედაპირი. კაპილარის შესავსებად იგი რამდენიმე წუთით უნდა ჩავდოთ სოლკოდერმის ხსნარში. აპლიკაციის დროს საჭიროა განსაკუთრებული სიფრთხილე, რათა არ დაგვექცეს დიდი რაოდენობით სითხე და არ დაზიანდეს კანის ღრმა შრეებიც. უნდა დავასხათ მხოლოდ იმდენი სითხე რამდენსაც იწოვს დასამუშავებელი კანი. 
სოლკოდერმი ესმევა კანს პლასტიკის აპლიკატორით ან მინის კაპილარით და შემდეგ პლასტიკის აპლიკატორით კანზე მცუბუქი ზეწოლიღ სითხეს თანაბრად გავანაწილებთ დასამუშავებელი კანის მთელ ზედაპირზე. კანში მის სრულ შეღწევამდე. 3-5 წუთის მანძილზე ვაკვირდებით კანზე განვითარებულ ცვლილებებს. პროცედურა უნდა გავიმეოროთ მანამ, სანამ დამუშავებული კანი არ გახდება მკრთალი ნაცრისფერი ან მოყვითალო ელფერის.
გარქოვანებული მეჭეჭის დამუშავებისას ქერქი უნდა მოვაცილოთ წინასწარ. 10 მმ-ზე მეტი დიამეტრის ფართობი სოლკოდერმით უნდა დამუშავდეს მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში თუ დადგენილია, რომ დაზიანება მოიცავს მხოლოდ კანის ზედაპირულ შრეს.
დაზიანების მრავალი კერის არსებობისას სოლკოდერმით მკურნალობა უნდა ჩატარდეს რამდენიმე ეტაპად დაახლოებით 4 კვირის ინტერვალით. თითო ეტაპზე უნდა დამუშავდეს არა უმეტეს 2-3 კერა საერთო ფართობით არაუმეტეს 2-3 კვ. სმ.
პროცედურის დროს შეიძლება აღინიშნოს ზომიერი გარდამავალი ერითემა და თეთრი იშემიური რგოლი დამუშავებული კანის ირგვლივ. აღნიშნული ითვლება ჩვეულებრივ მოვლენად და არ საჭიროებენ რაიმე მკურნალობას. ტკივილის დაწყების შემთხვევაში მკურნალობა მაშინვე უნდა შეჩერდეს. რამდენიმე დღეში დამუშავებული კანი იღებს მუქ ყავისფერს, შრება და იქცევა სტრუპად (ქერქად).
არასრული მუმიფიკაციის შემთხვევაში პროცედურა შეიძლება გავიმეოროთ რამდენიმე დღეში.
პათოლოგიური კერების ფიქსაციისა და მუმიფიკაციის გასაძლიერებლად მიზანშეწონილია დღეში 2-3-ჯერ დამუშავებულ კერებს წავუსვათ 70% სპირტი (განსაკუთრებით დაბანისა და აბაზანის შემდეგ).
პრეპარატის გამოყენება ორსულობისა და ლაქტაციის დროს , აგრეთვე ბავშვებსა და მოხუცებში
რეპროდუქციულმა კვლევებმა ცხოველებში აჩვენეს ნაყოფისადმი რისკის არარსებობა. კვლევები ორსულებსა და მეძუძურ ქალებში მათზე პრეპარატის ზემოქმედების შესახებ არ ჩატარებულა. ამ ჯგუფის ქალებში პრეპარატის გამოყენება შიძლება მხოლოდ მაშინ, როდესაც მკურნალობისაგან მიღებული სარგებლობა აჭარბებს ნაყოფზე მედიკამენტის ზემოქმედების რისკს.
5 წელზე მეტ ბავშვებში მედიკამენტის გამოყენება შეიძლება რაიმე შეზღუდვა გარეშე.
ასევე არ არის შეზღუდვა მოხუცებული ასაკის პაციენტებში.

გვერდითი მოვლენები
1 სოლკოდერმის არასწორი გამოყენებისას (დიდი დოზების შემთხვევაში) შეიძლება განვითარდეს კანის ღრმა შრეების დაზიანება.
2. ხშირად სოლკოდერმის გამოყენებისას ხსნარით დამუშავებულ კანზე აღინიშნება წვის შეგრძნება, რომელიც როგორც წესი გრძელდება რამოდენიმე წუთი. Kანის ძლიერი გაღიზიანებისა და ქავილის შემთხვევაში დასაშვებია სტეროიდების ან ანესთეთიკების შემცველი მალამოების გამოყენება.
3. სოლკოდერმის გამოყენებამ შეიძლება გამოიწვიოს კანის პიგმენტაციის შეცვლა ან ნაწიბურების წარმოქმნა. თუმცა რადგანაც შეხორცება მიმდინარეობს ნორმალურად თანმხლები ინფექციის გარეშე ქერქი სცილდება თავისით და რისკი აღნისნული ცვლილებების განვითარებისა უმნიშვნელოა.

უკუჩვენება
1. სოლკოდერმის გამოყენება დაუშვებელია მეტასტაზირებისკენ მიდრეკილი კანის ავთვისებიანი დაავადებებისას, განსაკუთრებით ავთვისებიანი მელანომის დროს.
2. არ უნდა იყოს გამოყენებული ნაწიბურების გაჩენისადმი მიდრეკილების მქონე პაციენტებში
3. არ უნდა იყოს გამოყენებული ჭორფლისა და კელოიდების სამკურნალოდ. 

სიფრთხილის ზომების სოლკოდერმის გამოყენებისას.
1. არ შეიძლება მისი გამოყენება ანთებად ქსოვილებზე.
2. ტკივილის დაწყებისას მკურნალობა დაუყოვნებლივ უნდა შეწყდეს.
3. სოლკოდერმის დიდი დოზებით გამოყენებამ შეიძლება გამოიწვიოს კანის ღრმა შრეების მჟავური დამწვრობა.
4. სიფრთხილეა საჭირო სოლკოდერმის გამოყენებისას სახეზე, განსაკუთრებით თვალის ირგვლივ.
5. თუ შემთხვევით სოლკოდერმი მოხვდა საღ კანზე, იგი სასწრაფოდ უნდა 
მოვწმინდოთ წყალში დასველებული ტამპონით. თუ იგი მოხვდა თვალში აუცილებელია თვალის გამორეცხვა დიდი რაოდენობით წყლით ან ძალზე სუსტი ტუტოვანი ხსნარით, კერძოდ 1% საჭმელი სოდის ხსნარით. ავეჯზე ან ტაბსაცმელზე მოხვედრილი სოლკოდერმის წვეთები სასწაფოდ უნდა მოირეცხოს წყლით, რადგან სოლკოდერმი აზიანებს მათ.
6. კანის ბიოფსის შემთხვევაში სოლკოდერმით მკურნალობა უნდა დავიწყოთ მხოლოდ ბიოფსიიდან 8-10 დღის შემდეგ.
7. განსაკუთრებული სიფრთხილეა საჭირო სოლკოდერმით კანის იმ კეთილთვისებიანი სიმსივნეების მკურნალობისას, რომლებიც მანამდე ნამკურნალები იყვნენ სხვა პრეპარატებით და სხვა მეთოდებით.
8. გამოყენებული ამპულების უტილიზაცია ნაგავში გადაგდებამდე ამპულაში დარჩენილი ხსნარი უნდა გამოირეცხოს წყლით.

განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
რადგან სოლკოდერმი გახსნის შემდეგ ქიმიურად არამდგრადია ყოველი ახალი პროცედურისთვის უნდა გამოვიყენოთ ახალი ამპულა.
გახსნამდე ამპულა უნდა შევაჯანჯღაროთ, რათა სითხე ჩავიდეს ფსკერზე.
ამპულა უნდა გადატყდეს ამპულის ყელზე არსებულ ჩანაწდევზე. Gახსნილი ამპულა უნდა იდგეს ვერტიკალურ მდგომარეობაში კონტურული შეფუთვის სპეციალურ ბუდეში.
ლორწოვანთან, განსაკუთრებით თვალის ირგვლივ, არსებული კანის უბნების დამუშავებისას საჭიროა დავიცვათ დიდი სიფრთხილე.
არ შეიძლება ქერქის მოძრობა აფხეკით ან რაიმე მექანიკური საშუალები, იგი უნდა მოძვრეს თავისთავად, წინააღმდეგ შემთხვევაში არის შეხორცების გაძნელებისა და ნაწიბურების გაჩენის საშიშროება.
სოლკოდერმით დამუშავებული კანის სრულ შეხორცებამდე (2-4 თვის მანძილზე სოლკოდერმის წასმიდან) უნდა მოვერიდოთ პირპაპირ მზის ან ულტრაიისფერ სხივებს.

ჭარბი დოზირება
დოზის გადამეტების შემთხვევაში განვითარებული წყლული ინკურნება როგორც ჩვეულებრივი ჭრილობა.

სხვა წამლებთან ურთიერთქმედება
სოლკოდერმის ურთიერთქმედება კანზე გამოსაყენებელ სხვა მედიკამენტებთან დადგენილი არ არის.

შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
პრეპარატი ინახება 5-დან 20 გრადუს ტემპერატურამდე ბავშვებისათვის მიუწვდომელ ადგილას. მოვეპყროთ ფრთხილად.
ვარგისიანობის ვადა 2 წელი. არ გამოიყენოთ შეფუთვაზე მითითებული ვადის გასვლის შემდეგ.
